Holafly sells one thing for Vietnam: unlimited data, priced by the day, on the Vinaphone network. It is the simplest eSIM to buy and the most expensive beyond five days, its fair-use cap is not published, and hotspot sharing is limited to 1 GB a day.

Holafly's pitch is peace of mind: one unlimited plan, one price per day, nothing to calculate. For a long weekend in Hanoi or a week between Da Nang and Hoi An, that works, and the 7-day plan at 27.50 dollars is in line with competitors' unlimited offers.
The maths turn against Holafly on longer trips. Thirty days cost 76.50 dollars; the same month on Airalo with 20 GB costs 29 dollars, and most travellers use less than 1 GB a day outside video. Holafly also hides the number that matters for an unlimited plan, the daily fair-use threshold, where Airalo, Nomad and Saily publish theirs.
