Do I get a Vietnamese phone number with VinaPhone (VNPT)?
Yes: VinaPhone (VNPT)'s Vietnam plans come with a +84 number, which works for bank OTP codes, Zalo and Grab.
Can I share VinaPhone (VNPT)'s connection as a hotspot?
Yes
When does the VinaPhone (VNPT) plan start?
The plan starts not stated. Install it at home, keep data roaming off on that line until you land.
