How to use the airport transfer promo code
The code is entered at payment, after you have chosen your vehicle. Here are the exact steps.

One click on the button copies the code and opens Trip.com's Airport Transfers section. It is valid on airport transfers in Vietnam and elsewhere.

Set Trip.com to English and USD
Use the selector in the top-right corner of the site to choose the language "English" and the currency USD before you book. One caveat: these codes were issued by Trip.com's French team and validated in euros. If a code is refused at checkout, switch the site to French and EUR and try again — that is the fallback that works.

Enter your flight and your hotel
Fill in the arrival airport, the hotel address, the date and your flight number: the driver tracks any delays.

At Noi Bai (Hanoi) as at Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), all three options exist. A pre-booked transfer is not always the cheapest, but it is the easiest after a long-haul flight.

The driver is waiting at arrivals. Name sign, help with luggage, no taxi line and no negotiating. It is the option to choose for a night arrival, with family or with a lot of luggage.

Fixed price, paid in advance. The fare is known before you leave home, whatever the traffic. A metered taxi from Noi Bai costs about the same, but fake companies and rigged meters still exist outside the airports.

Grab is still the budget option. If you already have data when you land (eSIM installed before departure), Grab is often 20 to 30% cheaper than a private transfer. The pickup point is sometimes a short walk from the terminal.

No. Unlike the train code, Trip.com has not told us of any account restriction for TRIPTRANSFER5: it applies to airport transfers whether or not you have booked on Trip.com before. One code per order.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The flight number you enter at booking lets the provider track your actual arrival time. In case of major disruption, contact the provider through the Trip.com app — their details are on your confirmation.
Where do I meet the driver?
The exact meeting point (arrivals hall exit, gate number) is on your confirmation. At Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat, the driver usually waits with a name sign just past customs.
Does the code work for a transfer outside Vietnam?
Yes, the code applies to Trip.com's Airport Transfers section whatever the destination — handy if your trip also takes in Bangkok, Singapore or Siem Reap.
