How to use the Trip.com activities promo code
Same principle as the other categories: the code is entered at the payment step, once you have chosen the activity and the date.
- 1
Copy TRIPTOUR5
The code is valid on Trip.com's Activities section: guided excursions, entry tickets, cruises and experiences.
- 2
Set Trip.com to English and USD
Use the selector in the top-right corner of the site to choose the language "English" and the currency USD before you book. One caveat: these codes were issued by Trip.com's French team and validated in euros. If a code is refused at checkout, switch the site to French and EUR and try again — that is the fallback that works.
- 3
Choose the activity and the date
Filter by city (Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City…) and check what is included: hotel pickup, lunch, English-speaking guide.
- 4
Paste the code before paying
On the payment page, open the "Promo code" field, paste TRIPTOUR5 and check the new total before confirming.

TRIPTOUR5Booking your Vietnam excursions on Trip.com
Trip.com, Klook and GetYourGuide largely sell the same local operators. The difference comes down to the price of the day, the guide's language and the cancellation terms — which is where a fixed 5% code helps.
- ✓
The must-sees are all there. Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay cruises, the Ba Na Hills cable car and Golden Bridge, the Cu Chi tunnels, the Mekong Delta, Trang An and Ninh Binh, cooking classes and basket-boat rides in Hoi An.
- ✓
Check the guide's language. Most group tours are run in English. Tours in other languages exist but are fewer: check the listing before booking if that matters to you.
- ✓
Free cancellation on many activities. Many Trip.com activities can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours ahead — valuable in the rainy season, when a cruise can be postponed.
- ✓
Compare with booking on the spot. Street agencies in Hanoi or Hoi An sometimes sell the same tours for less, with no guarantee at all. Booking online gives you a record, a cancellation policy and customer service.

How much do you save with TRIPTOUR5?
The 5% comes off the order total. For a couple or a family doing several excursions in a row, the discount adds up:
| Booking | Listed price | With the code |
|---|---|---|
| Halong Bay day cruise, 1 person | ≈ $50 | ≈ $47.50 |
| Ba Na Hills, cable car ticket ×2 | ≈ $75 | ≈ $71.25 |
| Cu Chi tunnels + Mekong, 2 days ×2 | ≈ $120 | ≈ $114 |
| A week of activities for 4 people | ≈ $660 | ≈ $627 |
Indicative prices in USD seen in October 2026 on booking platforms; they vary by season and operator. The exact amount appears before payment.

Is TRIPTOUR5 valid on all Trip.com activities?
The code applies to Trip.com's Tours & Activities section. Some products already on promotion or sold by specific partners may be excluded: the site tells you when you apply the code, before any payment.
Do I need a Trip.com account to use the code?
Yes, as for any booking on Trip.com. On the other hand, Trip.com has not told us of any new-customer / existing-customer restriction for TRIPTOUR5.
Can I combine the code with a Trip.com promotion?
One promo code per order. If a Trip.com offer is already applied, compare the two amounts and keep whichever is better.
Does the code work outside Vietnam?
Yes: it applies to Trip.com activities worldwide. Useful if your itinerary also goes through Cambodia, Thailand or Laos.
