The hotel is well located and we heard no noise from the traffic from our room. The hotel pick up and drop off point is very good. The doorman and service staff are very attentive. The hotel breakfast is very good and with a good spread of different cuisine.

Nikko is clearly dated, but the hotel makes up for it through two areas - fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of dishes ranging from Vietnamese, Western to Japanese; then is its service - impeccable. Every where, there is attentive staff with a keen eye and pops up whenever i needed something.

Room size is adequate and amenities is par for Nikko. Breakfast spread is decent. Service is competent.  Location is a little letdown.
