Day 1: Luang Prabang Arrival
Luang Prabang, the first stop for your Indochina tours is Unesco Heritage listed city. Upon
your arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel. Today, depends on
your flight, we will arrange a suitable itinerary for you to visit
Luong Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 2: Luang Prabang tour

Luang Prabang is the perfect break during your Indochina tours. If
you wish, get an early start (6:00am or so) and go watch or
participate in the traditional Lao rite of Almsgiving to the monks. In
the city, some 300+ monks file through silently collecting alms. This
is an amazing sight and your guide will be on hand to demonstrate
and explain this important ritual.
This morning, we visit Wat Xieng Thong (Golden City Temple), the
city’s most magnificent temple by the Mekong. From here, we catch a
traditional long boat trip up the Mekong river to visit the famous Pak
Ou cave. The upper section of the cave is part of a limestone cave
staffed with Buddha images of all styles and sizes. En route, we will
also visit Ban Phanom, a traditional weaving village.

Day 3: Luong Prabang – Hanoi
Free at leisure until we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, our private Vietnam Tours guide and driver will welcome your Vietnam Holiday

Day 4: Hanoi City Tour – Train to Lao Cai

Today we enjoy a full day Hanoi city tour of this charming capital
city including the mausoleum of the nation's founder Ho Chi Minh (close
on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh's
house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the
impressive Ethnologic Museum, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu
Pagoda, the peaceful lake of the Restored Sword.
Late afternoon we take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the
bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once
offered for sale at these places. In the evening, we end Hanoi city tour
with a fantastic traditional water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.
At 20h00, we transfer you to the train station for overnight train to Lao Cai.
Day 5: Lao Cai – Sapa Tour

in the early morning in the border town of Lao Cai where it's a short
transfer to Sapa. In the terraced hills and mountains of this area,
the monotony of the expansive green landscape is enlivened by the
colours of its hill tribe population. It is here you will find hands
stained with colour from fabric dyes and shades of blue, red and green
intricately embroidered and stitched into jackets, waistcoats, pants,
skirts, caps, purses and leggings.
Take a morning walking tour of Sapa for a visit to the busy market
where Red Dao, Black & Flower H'Mong, Tay and other ethnic minority
people converge from the surrounding countryside to sell their
silverware and handicrafts, and to buy provisions. Afterwards, we will
do one of the most beautiful Sapa Tours with
the drive to visit Lao Chai and Ta Van village of the Black H'mong and
the Day people where you can enjoy fresh air, amazing scenery of the
imposing mountain range, trek down world's most beautiful terraced rice
fields, visit some local family on the way and learn unique culture and
life of these ethnic groups. Back to Sapa by private car, free at

Day 6: Sapa – Market Tour & Train to Hanoi

room in a mini hotel for you to have shower and breakfast before
driving to Halong Bay (165km), Vietnam most scenic sight, a recognized
World Natural Heritage Site and highlight of any Indochina tours.
Upon arrival, board your traditional wooden junk. Welcome drink on
board. After a relaxing break, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while
cruising through the wonderful Ha Long bay visiting its amazing grottoes
and caves. Opportunity to dive off the boat and have a pleasant
swimming in the deep blue water of East Sea before relaxing on your sun
deck to view a Halong sunset. Dinner on board with excellent fresh

Day 8: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Hue

This morning, let get up early to catch the sunrise on the bay, doing

Day 9: Hue – Hoi An
breakfast, we drive to Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th
and 18th centuries whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle has

This scenic drive passes through the fishing village of Lang Co before
climbing over the Pass of Ocean Clouds. Along the way, stop in Danang
to visit the Cham Museum which contains the finest collection of Cham
sculptures in the world. Upon arrival in Hoi An, free to take walking
tour of the Hoi An ancient town centre. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 10: Hoi An
breakfast, we invite you an interesting visit to My Son Holy land,
once the spiritual capital of Champa Kingdom that dominated South East
Asia for nearly a thousand years and occupied most of the central parts
of Vietnam from 2nd century to 16th century with very rich in history
and culture. Contemplate its remarkable red brick towers and
sanctuaries dating from between the 7th and 13th centuries.
Drive back to Hoi An, end of your today's beautiful Indochina tour
with the visit to the former merchants' homes, the 400 year-old
Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colourful riverside
market. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 11: Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi Minh
After breakfast, our Vietnam tour guide
and driver in Hoi An will transfer you to the airport for the morning
flight with Vietnam airlines to Ho Chi Minh (VN). Arrive at Tan Son
Nhat airport, transfer to the hotel in Saigon, the most exciting
city of Vietnam, a mecca of commerce, also a city with a chequered
history and a rich culture, its pagodas, museums, public buildings,
parks and boulevards make it one of the most delightful places to
visit in Vietnam. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel.
After lunch, visit the War Remnants or History Museum and the former Presidential Palace. From there, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), Continental Hotel, Opera House and City Hall are all within walking distance and absolutely nice choices for a free stroll.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh – Tay Ninh – Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho Chi Minh

breakfast, enjoy a morning drive through typical southern Vietnamese
countryside to Tay Ninh Province in the west of Vietnam. At Tay Ninh
visit the incredible Cao Dai Great Temple, with architecture that could
have come straight from a Walt Disney fantasy and where all the major
faiths of the world blend together in a unique religious cocktail. In
the afternoon visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnel
network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Be floating market – CanTho

we will start our exploration of the Mekong Delta, a major rice
producing area. This must be one of the most fascinating riverine
deltas in the world. The Mekong splits into nine major arteries. A vast
network of rivers and waterways with thousands of ships of all sizes
plowing the waters gives the Mekong Delta a very special atmosphere

Day 15: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh
breakfast, get on speed boat to Phnom Penh, once the ‘Pearl of Asia’,
Phnom Penh’s shine was tarnished by the impact of war and revolution.
But that’s history, and Phnom Penh has risen from the ashes to take its
place among the cool capitals of the region. Upon your arrival in
the afternoon, visit Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Raung Damrie and
National Musuem. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 16: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap
After breakfast, our private Indochina tour guide and driver in Phnom
Penh will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Siem Reap.

Day 17: Siem Reap (Angkor tour)

Day 19: Siem Reap Departunre
