Day 2: Hanoi City Tour

we enjoy a full day Hanoi city tour of this charming capital city

impressive Ethnologic Museum, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise

Holy land, once the spiritual capital of Champa Kingdom that dominated

central parts of Vietnam from 2nd century to 16th century with very rich

sanctuaries dating from between the 7th and 13th centuries.
Drive back to Hoi An, end of your today's beautiful Indochina tour
with the visit to the former merchants' homes, the 400 year-old
Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colourful riverside

Day 7: Hoi An

Day 8: Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh City

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho Chi Minh

pick up from the hotel for Cu Chi Tunnels tour, en route to visit the
bustling market at Thu Dao Mot. Upon arrival in Cu Chi, we visit the
incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometres
hand-constructed by Vietnamese guerillas during the long struggle for
independence where you will understand more about the Vietnam War or
American War, a must see Vietnam Tour for
any tourists to learn about Vietnam past and present days. Back to Ho
Chi Minh, this afternoon we the War Remnants Museum, Presidential
Palace and buildings of old colonial Saigon. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
City.
Day 10: Mekong Delta – Cai Be Bassac Cruise – Can Tho

Today
we will start our exploration of the Mekong Delta, a major rice
producing area. This must be one of the most fascinating riverine deltas
in the world. The Mekong splits into nine major arteries. A vast
network of rivers and waterways with thousands of ships of all sizes
plowing the waters gives the Mekong Delta a very special atmosphere and
no doubt one of the most interesting destinations for Vietnam Tours.
Boarding at Cai Be at noon. Welcome drink, Introduction to the ship and crew, check into the cabins.
Departure towards Cho Lach on the Tien Giang river.
Lunch while on route. Rest on the deck.
Turning into Cho Lach canal for 30 minutes through the traffic
of sand and rice barges, in a scenery of fruit drying facilities and
wooden ship building yards.
Visit of a village on the banks of river Mang Thit, an
opportunity to appreciate the way of life and hospitality of the local
inhabitants. Visit of the orchard or rice fields nearby.
Boarding back, complimentary drink as a welcome back on board.
Rest on the deck enjoying the sunset. The crew will serve dinner while
the Bassac is cruising Mang Thit river.
The Bassac sets anchor just downstream from the little Tra On floating market, for the night.

Day 11: Can Tho – Chau Doc

You may get up for breakfast as early as 06:30, as the ship is
resuming its cruise the Tra On floating market. The ship then departs
towards Can Tho.
Arrival in Cai Rang floating market, check out and transfer
onto a local boat to visit the floating market, the nearby arroyos and
gardens and return to the Ninh Kieu pier. Continue to Chau Doc.
Day 12: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh
