As many as 1,000 overseas Vietnamese (OV) throughout the world will return to Vietnam to participate in a programme called Xuan Que Huong (Spring in the Homeland) scheduled to take place on February 6.   Festivals in February

- Tet Nguyen Dan, from February 13th to 16th (from the 30th day of the twelfth lunar month to the 3rd of the first lunar month)
- Huong Pagoda Festival, from February 19th to May 13th (from the 6th day of the first lunar month to the 30th day of the third lunar month)

- Lim Festival, February 26th (the 13th day of the first lunar month)
